Why did our customer require a CAD company?
For this reverse engineering project the customer sent us some LED Light fittings via post for us to create them in 3D. They wanted the models to be created so that 2D drawings could be made for fabrication.

How did our Modelling Team assist our costumer?
After we received the 4 parts from the customer. The team commenced reverse engineering. First off, measuring tools such as calipers, rulers and micrometers are used to measure the parts to a high level of accuracy. This dimensions are then used to create the models in Solidworks.
After the models were complete, checks are made on the dimensions and the team proceeds to create the 2D Drawings.
The client was the presented with the drawings to send off for production.
